Shipping Policy

At h2tees, we are committed to delivering our industrial shelves and tree bookcases quickly and safely across America. As a US-based Direct-to-Consumer brand, we prioritize speed and transparency in getting your order from our warehouse to your wall.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively within the United States.

• Contiguous US (48 States): We ship all items, including heavy furniture.

• Alaska & Hawaii: Currently, we only ship our smaller “Shelf with Metal Bracket” items to AK and HI. We cannot ship the Tree-Shaped Bookcases to these states due to freight limitations.

• P.O. Boxes: We can only ship small shelves to P.O. Boxes. Tree-Shaped Bookcases require a physical street address.

2. Processing Time (Ready-to-Ship)

We hate waiting as much as you do.

• Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the label is created.

3. Shipping Costs by Product Category

Our shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of the item to ensure you get the best service for your specific product.

A. Wall Shelves (Shelf with Metal Bracket)

Shipped via standard ground service (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

B. Tree-Shaped Bookcases (Heavy/Oversized)

Shipped via specialized heavy ground or freight service due to weight and size.

Note on Mixed Orders: If your order contains both wall shelves and a bookcase, the Furniture Shipping Rate ($150) will apply, as the items will be consolidated or shipped via the safer heavy-goods method.

4. Heavy Goods Delivery (Important for Bookcases)

For our Tree-Shaped Bookcases, the $150 fee ensures secure handling.

• Phone Number Required: A valid phone number is mandatory at checkout. The carrier may need to call you to confirm delivery details or gate access.

• Curbside Delivery: For safety and liability reasons, large furniture deliveries are typically “Curbside,” meaning the driver will leave the package at your doorstep or driveway. They will not carry it inside your home or up the stairs. Please plan accordingly.

5. Estimated Delivery Times (US Domestic)

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Weather conditions or carrier peak seasons may cause slight delays.

6. Packaging & Safety

• Metal Brackets & Shelves: Individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent scratching. Hardware is included in a separate pouch.

• Bookcases: Shipped flat-packed in reinforced double-walled cartons with corner protection. Assembly instructions and tools are included.

7. Damages & Issues

We build our products to be tough, but shipping can be rough.

• Reporting Window: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any damage (bent brackets, scratched wood), contact us within 72 hours.

• Resolution: Email support@h2tees.com with photos. We will send a free replacement part or a brand new unit depending on the severity of the damage.

8. Order Cancellations

• Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours.

• After Shipping: Once the item has left our warehouse (tracking active), it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the item and follow our Return Policy.
