Shipping Policy

At H2tees, we are committed to helping you reclaim your home’s vertical space quickly, safely, and transparently. As a US-based Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand, we control the entire logistics chain from our warehouse, ensuring your industrial shelves and heavy-duty brackets move from our hands to your walls without unnecessary delays.

1. Shipping Destinations & Scope

We focus exclusively on the United States market to ensure a high standard of service and reliable transit times.

• Contiguous United States (48 States): We ship our full collection of wood shelves and metal bracket series to all lower 48 states.

• Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping is available for most wall shelf units. However, please note that transit times may be longer, and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on location and parcel dimensions.

• P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Due to the weight and dimensions of our solid wood and forged steel products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required for all orders to ensure safe delivery.

2. Processing Time

• Processing Window: All orders are inspected, hand-packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) typically enter the fulfillment process the same day.

• Origin: Every package is shipped directly from our facility.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use a standardized shipping model to keep your costs predictable and transparent. Our rates are subsidized to provide you with the best value for high-quality, heavy furniture materials.

4. Packaging & Fragile Handling

Solid wood and forged steel require specific packing techniques to avoid damage during transit. We take pride in our “H2tees Standard” for packaging:

• Bracket Protection: Our metal brackets (Pipe or L-style) are individually wrapped in protective sleeves to prevent metal-on-metal scratching or chipping during movement.

• Real Wood Integrity: Solid wood planks are cushioned with high-density foam and reinforced edge guards to protect the natural grain and corners from impact.

• Hardware Kits: Each shelf includes a dedicated hardware pouch (screws and anchors), ensuring you have everything needed for a seamless installation the moment your box arrives.

5. Tracking & Shipment Updates

Transparency is key to our service. Once your order leaves our facility:

• Notification: You will receive an automated email with a tracking number (via UPS or FedEx) as soon as your shipping label is generated.

• Activation: Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for movement to appear on the tracking link.

6. Damages & Transit Issues

We build our products to be tough, but we know the road can be rough.

• 72-Hour Inspection Window: Please inspect your shelves and brackets immediately upon arrival.

• Resolution: If you find any issues (bent brackets, scratched wood, or missing hardware), email support@h2tees.com with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will ship out free replacement parts or a full new unit within 24 hours of verification.

7. Order Cancellations & Changes

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.

• After Dispatch: Once a tracking number is active, the order is in the carrier’s possession and cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our Return & Refund Policy upon delivery.
