At H2tees, we take pride in the industrial quality and the craftsmanship of our shelves. We inspect every bracket and board before it leaves our warehouse. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your vision as expected. Our policy is built on fairness: we fully protect you against damages, while asking that you cover the logistics costs for personal returns.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in Original Condition:

  • Must be unused, with no screw marks or scratches on the wood/metal.
  • All mounting hardware (screws/anchors) must be included.

Return Scenarios

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item (Our Fault)

If your order arrives damaged (bent brackets, scratched wood) or is the wrong item, H2tees takes full responsibility.

  • Action: Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Resolution (Your Choice):

    • Free Replacement: We will send a replacement part or a brand new unit immediately at no cost.

    • Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund, including your original shipping fee.

Change of Mind (Your Choice)

If the item is in good condition but you decide it doesn’t fit your space or style:

  1. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our facility.

  2. Refund Amount: We will refund the Product Price only.

    • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable, as this service has already been paid to the carrier.

    • Free Shipping Deduction: If your order qualified for Free Shipping, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping we incurred from your refund amount.

  3. Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in resellable condition.

The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To ensure your return is processed quickly and your refund is not delayed, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us First

Before shipping anything back, you must obtain approval.

  • Email support@h2tees.com with your Order Number.

  • Reason: Briefly explain why you are returning the item (e.g., “Too big for my room,” “Changed my mind”).

  • Photos (If Damaged): If the item arrived damaged, please attach clear photos of the damage and the box. We will likely resolve this without requiring a return.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

  • A Return Authorization confirmation.

  • The specific Return Warehouse Address (We have different receiving docks for small parcels vs. heavy freight).

Step 3: Pack Your Item

This is the most critical step to ensure you receive your refund.

  • For Wall Shelves: Wrap the metal brackets and wood separately to prevent scratching. Use the original cushioning.

  • Note: If an item is returned poorly packed and arrives damaged at our warehouse, we may deduct the cost of damage from your refund.

Step 4: Ship the Item

  • Label: Since you are responsible for return shipping (for non-defective returns), you can choose your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

  • Tracking: You must use a shipping method with a Tracking Number.

  • Receipt: Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is processed.

  • Notify Us: Once shipped, please reply to our email with the tracking number so we can look out for your package.

Step 5: Inspection & Refund

  • Once the package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the contents within 3 business days.

  • If the item is in original condition, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After Shipping: Once the tracking number is active, the order cannot be canceled. You must receive the package and follow the standard Return process.

  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of a package, the return shipping cost charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 7 business days):

  • We will process the refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
