B. PayPal

You can choose PayPal at checkout to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card without typing your details.

• PCI Compliance: We are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.

• Secure Processing: h2tees does not store your full credit card number. Your financial data is sent directly to our secure banking partners (Stripe/PayPal) and is never visible to our staff.

3. Sales Tax

• US Domestic: As a US-based business, we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a tax nexus (economic presence).

• Calculation: Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the current state/local tax rates.

4. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

A. For Large Furniture Orders

If you are purchasing a Tree-Shaped Bookcase, your order value may be higher than your typical daily spending. Banks often flag large online transactions as a security measure. If your card is declined:

• Check Funds: Ensure you have sufficient funds/limit.

• Call Your Bank: Contact your bank to authorize the transaction for “h2tees.” This is the most common fix.

• Try PayPal: PayPal often has a higher success rate for larger transactions.

B. Billing Address Error (AVS Mismatch)

Please ensure your Billing Address matches exactly what is on file with your credit card issuer. If you recently moved, your bank might still have your old address on file.
