• US Domestic: As a US-based business, we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a tax nexus (economic presence).

• Calculation: Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the current state/local tax rates.

4. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

A. Declined Transactions

If your card is declined at checkout, please check the following:

• Verify Funds: Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit limit available.

• Bank Authorization: Some banks may flag online home-improvement or decor purchases as a security measure. Contacting your bank to authorize the transaction for “H2tees” is often the quickest fix.

B. Billing Address Error (AVS Mismatch)

Please ensure your Billing Address matches exactly what is on file with your credit card issuer. If you have recently moved, your bank might still have your previous address on file.
