Welcome to h2tees. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain—in clear, simple language—how you may use h2tees.com (the “Website”), what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. The Website is operated by h2tees (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or buy our products.

Service Area: Our store currently serves customers exclusively in the United States.

2. Use of the Website

Please use the Website in a lawful and respectful way. Do not try to break the site, copy code or content without permission, post harmful files, or access anyone’s account or our systems without authorization.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

• Account Security: If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think someone else accessed it. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you tell us about any unauthorized use.

3. Products, Pricing, and Accuracy

We sell industrial-style wall shelves and wooden furniture. We try to show accurate photos, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and prices. However, please note:

• Natural Variations: Solid wood is a natural material. Expect variations in grain patterns, knots, and color tones. No two pieces are exactly alike.

• Handcrafted Tolerance: Minor size tolerances can occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

• Screen Colors: Your screen may show colors slightly differently from the real wood finish.

• Decor Not Included: Photos often show room settings with books, plants, or props. Your order includes only the shelf or bookcase as listed in the product description.

• Errors: Prices and stock can change at any time. If we find a pricing error on an order you placed, we reserve the right to correct it. If we must cancel your order due to an error, we will refund you in full.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Taxes

• Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation and begin packing your items. We may decline any order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if our systems flag possible fraud.

• Payment: We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). We do not store full card numbers.

• Sales Tax: As a US-based business, we collect Sales Tax where required by law. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

• Currency: All transactions are in USD.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Important for Furniture)

• US Only: We ship to the contiguous 48 states. (Restrictions apply to Alaska/Hawaii for large furniture).

• Freight/LTL for Bookcases: Our Tree-Shaped Bookcases ship via heavy ground or freight services.

  • Phone Number: You must provide a valid phone number for delivery coordination.

  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery is typically to the curb or driveway. Drivers will not carry furniture inside your home or up stairs.

• Inspection: When your order arrives, inspect the boxes before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us within 72 hours so we can send replacements.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns. Key points include:

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered our “Ready-to-Ship” dispatch process (tracking generated), it cannot be canceled.

• Change of Mind: If you return an item for personal reasons:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable: The cost we paid to ship the item to you (e.g., $9.99 for shelves or $150 for bookcases) will not be refunded. If you received Free Shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

• Condition:

  • Bookcases: Must be disassembled and returned in the original flat-pack carton.

  • Shelves: Must be unused with no screw marks.

• Restocking Fee: We generally do not charge restocking fees unless the item is returned damaged or without original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—text, product photos, graphics, logos, and layout—belongs to h2tees and is protected by US copyright laws. You may not copy, reuse, or use our photos for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Warranties, Safety, and Product Care

We want you to enjoy your furniture for years.

• Safety Warning (Crucial):

  • Wall Anchors: For our Tree-Shaped Bookcases and heavy Wall Shelves, you must use proper wall anchors or secure them to studs. Furniture tipping can cause serious injury or death.

  • Installation: We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation or failure to mount shelves securely to the wall structure. If you are unsure, please hire a professional.

• Care: Do not expose wood pieces to direct sunlight, high humidity, or standing water, as this may cause warping.

• Disclaimer: To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties (such as merchantability). Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, h2tees is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., damage to your drywall during installation, lost profits). We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or strikes.

10. Governing Law
